Sólo podemos decir: Gracias a ti, Dani. Ha sido un placer compartir alegrías, risas (y algún que otro bajón) contigo, y, cómo no, que formes parte de esta gran familia.[su_note note_color=»#f1fbff» radius=»10″]If I had to describe with one word the way TAU works and my experience there, that one would be “commitment”. I showed up there for the first time like eight years ago and I must truly confirm the importance and impact it had on my real life. Attending private English classes came from an interior desire and deep eagerness to learn more about that language. I am passionate about languages. Feeling the lack of material along with the poor lessons I was being provided at school gave me the push to enter a private one which, at the end, turned out to be TAU.
Needless to say why I ended up in TAU, given that I did not spend much time comparing alternatives. Nevertheless, I would like to mention that I chose this school for a number reasons I am going to explain as follows.
First of all, teachers are practically your advisors. Classes not bigger than a dozen students ensures high quality teaching and creates bonds with the teachers that give you the push to ask whatever whenever you want and to adapt your classes to the schedule that best suits you. You are given through all your lifetime there a series of tips that help you learn a language even faster. It filled up completely my expectations. As far as I might talk, I was always taught by Lidia Taboada. My mouth cannot speak even better words for that supportive, kind and heartening teacher, since she was always there, cheering up, providing me with extra-material, grading extra-compositions and assessing me the best way in the free speaking sessions that TAU arranges for everybody.
Second reason is the most dazzling one as I did not expect such a welcome from the partners I went with. I made friends that lingered on time practically up to date. Friends with whom I had a party there in TAU on those special occasions, such as Christmas time, Halloween, Summer… with drinks and some chips. It was fun!
Third and last reason is the huge added value that this school granted to me. My message here would be the next: “If you endeavor to learn English, you work day after day and you feel encouraged enough to go on, then results will come to you faster than you might have thought”. In my case, that happened to me. I took the FCE (First Certificate in English) and the CAE (Certificate in Advanced English). Besides, lessons are taught with a book, but also interactive material like pieces of series, films, songs, games that liven up the atmosphere above all after energy-eating activities like readings or grammar exercises.
Would I recommend TAU? Without a second thought. If you really want to enroll in some English courses, this is your choice to make. I believe TAU has proved to be an outstanding company in the language learning business, and I must thank them, specially to Dunya, who is a brilliant teacher and director and even when you feel assisting classes has no point at all, she is there 24/7 to make you feel each lesson better than the last. Mind you, you need to be prepared for the craziness in her hair-style, which I deeply love.
I know someday I will leave TAU, and I will miss you, Dunya and Lidia, but at the same time I also know for sure that the doors are always open for me and everyone who wants to take a further step in their lives and make a smart move both in the professional and the day-to-day life.[/su_note]
